In-zone Enrolments for 2027

To help us plan for the upcoming year, we strongly encourage in-zone whānau intending to enrol to do so as soon as possible.

Out-of-zone Places for 2027

As our enrolment scheme is new, we are taking a flexible approach to help our community through this transition.
To make the process as easy as possible, we are holding multiple ballot dates leading into early 2027.

Please don’t let the numbers discourage you, we anticipate being able to accommodate all out-of-zone applicants who wish to join us. We encourage you to complete an enrolment form for your child today.
The Board has determined the following number of places for out-of-zone enrolments in 2027:

Year 7: 35
Year 8: 0
Year 9: 45
Year 10 and above: To be advertised (please complete an enrolment form and we will be in touch)

Friday, 22 January 2027

(Enrolment applications will close the day before the ballot)

Should spaces become available during 2027, we will hold mid-term ballots.

Enrolment Scheme at Queen Elizabeth College

Queen Elizabeth College now has an enrolment scheme in place.

Students who live inside of the home zone have an automatic right to enrol.
(Please note that different home zone boundaries apply for students enrolling in Years 7–8 and Year 9 and above.)

Students who live outside of the home zones are welcome to apply for out-of-zone places.
Each year we will advertise the number of places available for the following year.

If there are more out-of-zone students wanting to attend than we have places for, our enrolment scheme explains how places are decided. A copy of our enrolment scheme is available below.
